
I think each time I write a blog post people worry that I’m not ok, and that the post is maybe a cry for help. At least for the moment, that is not the case.
I find writing this blog really comforting for two reasons:
- Once it’s written down, it’s there to refer to, and I feel like I’ve somehow captured how I’m feeling, and those thoughts no longer have to take up so much space in my head. It makes me feel a little lighter!
- I feel so relieved when someone says “that’s exactly how I feel too!” because then I feel less like a fruit loop, and more like a person who has feelings that other people share, and there is no better feeling than that!
So this post is mainly for my Mum and Dave….I’m ok, I just like hearing that I’m not alone in how I feel. Please don’t send me to the loony bin!
